Chistorra is a delicious, smoky sausage originally from the Basque region of Spain.  Seasoned with Pimenton and spices, Tierra de Espana Chistorra is a fresh sausage made of minced pork with a fat content that varies between 70 and 75%. Similar to chorizo, but longer and thinner, it is traditionally served with eggs but also great on the grill, broiled or fried and enjoyed as tapas, with breakfast, on paella, or mixed in stews and pastas.
